Comfort Inn Vernon

The staff at this hotel did a poor job - far below the standards I have seen at other Comfort Inn properties. The shower did not work at all and the the front desk gave us a smoking room.

The room was fine except for the inability to close the curtains, the bathroom was in serious need of repairs, paint falling, hanging from the ceiling, and wallpaper falling off of the wall above the shower! Convenient, very clean; capable staff, very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Convenient to restaurants and malls. A good place to work efficiently en route to New England destinations further northeast. ...read more

I will find somewhere else to stay next time I travel to that destination. I was very disappointed.

Room was nice and clean. Relatively roomy, staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast - even had waffle mix prepared with a hot waffle iron waiting.

Our stay was brief just overnight but the location is excellent the room very comfortable and clean. The lobby and halls are still undergoing some renovations but it did not disrupt our stay in any way. We only stayed one night the young woman that we first spoke with seemed liked we were disturbing her and was a little confused about our reservation.
